I purchased the Mobile phone POCO X3 in Flipkart on 22nd January 2021 at cost of 17999. But the phone’s speaker stopped working before 1 month and after 2 to 3 weeks my phone’s front camera also stopped working. And these defects continued and at last now my phone is fully dead. So I took my phone to service centre, they said that the this problem has been created due to the latest software update which I had done. So there is some problems in the company’s software update. So that my phone is dead now. But at the service centre they said POCO X3 PRO mobiles also facing this issue and company said that even though the product is out of warranty, it can be repaired at free of cost. But the problem is for POCO X3 because the company did not claim this issue and at service centre they are asking 14000 INR to repair my phone. So kindly fix this issue as soon as possible and help me to recover my phone with proper working condition.
