have poco X3 pro mobile phone suddenly it dead, then I visit the nearest service centre they told me that motherboard of your phone is not working and my device is not boot so they have asked me to replace my phone with redmi note 10 pro which is under valued than my phone. I want same phone or phone which has higher qualities or upgraded than my phone it is an open fraud with me . mi is not taking this thing seriously and they are not concerned about customer even they did not asked the customer what he is needed .
