My device poco X3 was working fine before poco released a new update of miui 13.After updating my device it started to have problems with the camera app and some days later speeaker also stopped working. After taking it to the service centre, they told me that many customers are facing this issue and the motherboard needs to be replaced for the same. They are charging me around Rs9600 as the repairing cost but there was no damage caused by me to the phone whatsoever. Upon reaching the customer care they are saying as the device is out of warranty they can’t help me and telling me to deal with the service centre. Clearly the problem happened because of the update rollover by POCO (it being promised to provide 2 major and atleast 2 years of stable security updates) and as the problem arosed after the update I demand free repair.
