Hello! I am using Poco X3 (India) since 1 & 1/2 year, suddenly recently my front camera stopped working. I googled about the issue, seems like all the people with the same phone are experiencing it and it’s a hardware issue because of a faulty overloaded system update by Xiaomi, the manufacturer. Eventually, whole camera, speaker, display all stop working for all the people. I went to the mi service centre and now they told the same thing and are asking to change the motherboard for 7,000 Rs. How am I supposed to pay for the hardware damage that was clearly done by the manufacturer? I hope my model gets replaced or at least I get a decent compensation for further repairments.
