Sir,
I have purchased Poco X3 phone on July 2021 and on 2022 miui 13 updation came, after doing the update my phone’s front camera, back camera, speaker, Bluetooth…. all are gone. I contacted to the xiaomi service center, the told it Will cost minimum 8000₹ to change motherboard please do the necessary help
Same thing happened to my poco x3, after the update front camera,wide angle camera, both speakers and blutooth no longer work. Xiaomi the parent company of poco did acknowledge the issue on Twitter and extended warranty for only 6 months which is not enough for owner of the phone who bought it right after it launched.the biggest issue is the service centre don’t have the parts to fix the phone so thy decided to give xiaomi note 10 a cheaper lowend phone as a replacement. there is no justice
