I purchased Poco X2 mobile through flipkart on 10/07/2020 it has one year warranty and 6 month for accessories. By October 2022 mobile shows some update notification, I have proceed with that updated. After installed the update my phone primary and rear camera was not working. Not only for me many poco users facing this issue. I took it to the authorized poco service center but they are asking sum of Rs. 12000 for mother board replacement. Because of their cheap software update my camera not functioning, why I should pay for them. Need justice for all poco users.
