Poco scams its customers by giving a faulty update to its pocoX3 customers and compelling them to get the phones repairedd at a high rate. After an update given by the company my phone suddenly stops working its speakers and its camera. I was not sure if its an issue only for me and I came to know a lot of people are having the same issue as me at that specific time. When I called the customer support they are telling me that the warranty period has finished and they cannot help without them paid. If this goes unnoticed one day they could suddenly fool people getting their phone repaired by paying. The following links are regarding the experience of poco customers affected with their update.
