I would like to bring this to attention that many of POCO X3 devices are facing motherboard issues after new updates. My poco X3 is dead after update. I bought this phone for 18.5k on flipkart on2020. Service centers are very lethargy and not takeing this as serious issue they took this issue very careless and I’m from poor family I can not afford to buy new one now. This issues are faced by many customers I request to consumer court to take action against company n tell them to provide some compensation to the users as it’s due to there own software update . Thank you.
