My poco M2 phone got dead suddenly while using. And when I took my phone to service centre, they asked me to replace the motherboard and display which costs around 9000. It is not fair. Once the new update came the phone is suddenly getting dead and responsible for heavy expenses to the customer. It’s been only 2 year for me and for such a period the phone is getting damaged that too because of company’s faulty updates. I request you on behalf of every such customers to please look to this issue and provide with some compensation that would help in unreasonable and sudden expenses
