Text of Complaint by Abu Bakar Hamid:

I bought a new Poco X3 pro (Bhima) in the month of May 2022, the device suddenly died right after 2 years. On further research, I found that the same device is known for the same issue and many users have reported such. It is because the phone is defective from the manufacturing process, which the Poco India has acknowledged by extending the Warranty of the poco device. My issue is that even after taking due care of my device and with no fault from my end the device died and, it being out of warranty, the service center gave me an estimated cost of repair as INR.12500. which I promptly declined because I’m a student and cannot afford to fix it again, because they mentioned that the problem will re-occur. I will not mention the horrid behaviour of the service centre itself and how the escalated my device’s problem because my complaint is against the Poco India itself Because inspite of all these issues of this device, they are still selling the faulty device knowing full well that it has the tendency to die at any given time. This is a clear case of misrepresentation and fraud.
