I have purchased poco x3 pro mobile phone, but the motherboard was dead when it was in warranty, its been a month when i have my mobile to poco care, but till now they didnot repair my phone as they have been telling me that “the motherboard is not available so we cant repair it, please wait for 2 to 3 months we will repair when motherboard will be available”.after that i have complained to their customer care about this thing but they didnot fix my issue, so now i am clear that they are frauding to all their customers, so i think, consumer complaint can take necessary action against them.
