Text of Complaint by PRATEEK JAIN:

I HAVE BOUGHT A PHONE OF RS 19000/- FROM POCO MOBILE COMPANY (SISTER COMPANY OF XIAOMI BRAND), I HAVE TRUSTED THE BRAND BUT IT SOLD US DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MY PHONE GOT DEAD WITHOUT ANY HEAVY USAGE I WAS ON CALL THAT TIME IT GOT DEAD AND NOT SWITCHING ON,
SIR I WANT REFUND OF THAT PHONE AND WANT YOU TO FINE THAT COMPANY SO THEY DONT DO THAT TYPE OF FRAUD AGAIN WITH CONSUMERS. SIR BANGLORE DISTRICT COMMISION ALSO FOUND LIABLE POCO IN SAME CASE (THEY HAVE REPLACED WITH ANOTHER MODEL IN THIS CASE AND EVEN EXTENDED WARRANY PERION TO 18 MONTHS), PLZ HELP SIR 19000/- WAS NOT SMALL AMOUNT FOR US.
