I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from Pocketly loan application. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from the company demanding payment, and the representative has even made threats to contact my personal contacts and inform them about my loan. Currently m suffering from financial crisis.This is a blatant violation of my privacy and has caused me immense stress and anxiety.
Furthermore, it is not appropriate for a company to make threatening statements to a customer and it is a clear violation of consumer rights. I strongly object to this behavior and demand that it stop immediately.
