I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from Pocketly loan application. I have been receiving harassing phone calls from the company demanding payment, and the representative has even made threats to contact my personal contacts and inform them about my loan. This is a blatant violation of my privacy and has caused me immense stress and anxiety.
Furthermore, it is not appropriate for a company to make threatening statements to a customer and it is a clear violation of consumer rights. I strongly object to this behavior and demand that it stop immediately.
