I took a loan of 10,000 from them.I made 1 EMI payment.Then I couldn’t pay due to a family medical emergency and business loss.Then they call me and threaten me, saying the police will come to my house and telling me to go to the police station.And they have hacked all my contact list gallery and everything. And they are calling and disturbing all my relatives and asking them for money.Is this legal?
