I took a loan of rupees 6000 and due to my financial cruris u was unable to pay on time.even i tried to call customer care to get some extra time to pay the due but the customer care and the collection agent was very rude not even hearing my concern and harrassing with bad word they even call my parents and spoke very badly they not even follow RBI guidelines they just hack my contact and sending messages to all the contacts.
