Iam apurv koli and i have used pocketly app and 7 months ago I have cleared all my dues and closed the app,after closing also in my cibil update there is showing loan active of pocketly which is powered by speel finance,I am doing the mail frm last 2-3 months to pocketly app that please update my account to cibil,Bcz of pocketly app in my cibil that is showing active account which have dues pending and beacause of that issue my cibil has been affected badly,After writing mail 4-5 time pocketly has not given me a single word reply also,nd it has been affected to my cibil which is bad for my loan request or further,what I can do now?? System is very poor,please i request you see after my complaint nd help me for this.
