Greetings. On 25th August ’23, your colleague called me and insisted to make the same payment for the second time, even though I told her I have already been charged and the money is deducted from my debit account.
She claimed it would be refunded and to send an email to customer relations, from then on I have been sending constant emails and finally they confirmed on the 1st September that my details have been sent to the concerned department for refund on priority and that I’ll receive my refund in 7 working days. Snaphots and details of everything, which have been enclosed.
I have still not received my refund and they are not even responding.
