Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your urgent attention that PNG supply has not been provided in Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, New Delhi – 110027 since 25th Nov 2025(0800 hrs). It has now been three consecutive days without gas supply.

Due to this issue, 5–6 households are severely affected. We have small children and old parents( on strict doctor diets) at home, and it is not possible to rely on outside cooked food for such a long duration. Despite the seriousness of the situation, no alternative arrangements such as IGL cylinders or temporary supply trucks have been provided.

Your ground staff is visiting the site every day, but unfortunately, they have not been able to locate or resolve the problem for the last three days. Moreover, they arrive around 10:30 AM and leave by 6:00 PM, which indicates a lack of understanding of the urgency and essential nature of cooking gas for families.

We request you to kindly treat this issue as a high-priority case and resolve it at the earliest. It is strongly recommended that a senior engineer or higher management team visit the location and take charge of the situation immediately.

We expect urgent action and a prompt resolution.
