Sir,
I have purchased Acer one Core i3 11th gen Laptop online through Flipkart having Order ID OD4295 8475 6485 781100.
The product was delivered on 05.11.2023.
I opened the package same day and tried to turn on the laptop but it didn’t turn on.
I have also recorded the video of opening the package.
After several trials, the laptop turned on for a few seconds before going black with a few
horizontal coloured lines on top of the screen and then turned off again.
I have also recorded the video which is attached.
Despite several attempts, it did not work. I finally packed the laptop and requested
to return at the same time on flipkart app.
A representative called me yesterday, November 9th, and asked me to send images
of the laptop within 24 hours, but before I could, the return request was cancelled.
I requested the return once more and called the customer service executive at 1800 202 9898.
The executive informed me that the technician would visit and investigate the issue on 22nd November, which is far too late.
The return window is closing on 12th Nov 2023.
This is causing me a lot of inconvenience.
You are requested to kindly return or replace the faulty product by tomorrow i.e 10th Nov 2023.
