I sat in the bus at 12 o’clock in the bus whose number is “UP83AT5252”, there was no vacant seat in it, yet I was made to sit and 5 more people were sitting in a sleeper, asked to sit with them. I refused and asked to get down, before that I had given 2000 rupees for the ticket (ticket amount was 800 Rupees only), out of which the bus driver had to return 1200 rupees but due to not getting a seat in the bus, I asked for my money back, then they beat me up and snatched my bag. When I tried to call my friend, he also snatched my phone and pushed me off from the bus and threw my phone. Didn’t even return my money and threatened that if I complain then it will not be good with me…
