I had bought a plot, Araville Bliss, 230 sq yards, for my daughter in 2013. I had paid the initial installments and the rest of the amount was to be paid at the time of the possession but the builder, Kunal Puri, firstly asked me to buy another plot with a smaller size and a greater amount and now they have shifted their office and blocked my phone number as well. I have lost my hard earned money. Even if I try to file a case under RERA, I don’t have their address. What to do in this case?
