I bought a plevo runner in 2020 which costs 450$ and I lost its battery pack worth 50$ in 2021. The plevo runner does not work without the battery pack. It is a smart luggage, So, I ordered a new battery pack in 2021 November, 14. But I did not receive the battery pack yet, they keep telling me that we’d receive it soon but it has been more than 6 months. The plevo runner is almost worthless without the battery pack. So, I’d ask for a immediate battery pack or refund the amount for the plevo runner
