I applied for non-voice process job in Rectitude technology on 16th January 2020 where they asked me to complete video kyc and given me a link where certain details needs to be given. I have not submitted my form and it got submitted itself saying that i have submitted the form. At first they asked me to give rs 5000 for first month but then they said i had to give rs5000 every month. I told them on 16th January itself that i wont do the job. But, suddenly i received a text message saying that they will do case against me for breaching and take legal actions where i haven’t done any wrong and told them on 16th January that i won’t do the job. They are threatening me to send the legal notice in my address. Please take legal action against this company and the advocate who is fighting in favour of the company
