fraud company ,i have wasted 20,000/- in taking membership. No response or just promises to call back but never received, also not refunding the amt back.

I have taken membership for the Park Priviera hospitality in June 2023.
They committed me holiday of 18 days and 20 nights each year for 3 years, extendable for 3 more years, with complementary 2 domestic flight tickets. I have paid Rs 55000 then. But now I am not getting any response for my booking request and no any response for timeline of resuming their services.
So please help me refund my full amount cancellation my membership.br…
