Dear sir,
My mobile number is 9895100685 (airtel ) my number is not working since more than 1 week. Customers care excecutive said sim chip got damaged. Take another duplicate sim. I approached airtel store for duplicate sim and gave all the documents for duplicate sim. But my request for duplicate sim was rejected by airtel ,the reason said by them was my present photo is not matched to my id proof photo. How can u rejected by this reason? The present photo deffenetly have difference from the photo taken years ago. Now yet I didn’t get my number back. This is my business number and also connected to all my important bank accounts., adhar card etc. So I have so much loss of money due to lose of my mobile number. I can’t do any bank transaction. Airtel store said that they can recreate the sim for me. They need 6 Days time to recreate it. But today is the sixth day their is nothing to happen. Is it your customer service policy? Do that needful without more delay. Otherwise i will approach trai and consumer court for my lose and your company’s irresponsibility. And also approach the social media to tell all customers about your bad service. Please do the needful
