Hi Team,
On 19/08/2019 I have recharged 448 in my jio app used the payment method as UPI (pl.9989135179@icici) first transaction was failed so that’s why did the second transaction was successful but amount deducted two times, When I contact ICICI team is stating that two amounts was sent to jio@citibank account number ending with 5211. When I contact jio team stating that payment was declined check with ICICI. Seems like you are playing with me.. Please check the attached mails with proofs and screenshots provided by ICICI bank. Transaction ID(RRN): 923114177451 and Ref number: BR000348S3VR
