Please I am very disappointed about your services.i am new customer to your network.but what happened it put me off from using your services again.you are company that you need to be honest.if you said to customers to buy a bouñdle eg 10 bundle which lasted for 30days,And if you text the person need to top up so if you need to renew the boundle there will be enough credit.and if the person top up. the time you need to renew the boundle . You said if the person don’t have no credit.and you want the person to top up again.which is cheating.if you said the boundle need to least for 30days it should.the old top up should got nothing to do with the new top-up.is very bad.
