Recently i shifted from one location to another within Bangalore, i called tata sky CC that my box is not working, as per the process i requested for relocation. I canceled the request because i didn’t have the Dish and i asked the CC executive to raise another request with dish.
Next day a person came and told that he is from tata sky and he will do the connection. He did everything for which he charged 700rs. When i asked him for online transaction he denied and said that payment should be in CASH only, so i gave him.He told me s\w upgrade will take 2hrs after that it will work but it didn’t work even after 4 hrs. I called him again he came next day without informing, i was not at home my mom was there, he replace the box saying there is something wrong with the box, Again he asked for 700rs this time i called tata sky CC( you can check the recordings). CC executive asked him to provide his supervisor number on which he denied to give and they started arguing on call, since my mom was aloan at home i couldn’t take risk with this FRAUD Tata sky technician so again i paid him 400 in CASH so that he can leave the house.Now since yesterday again my box is not working and this person is not receiving my call. I have recharged the box already everyday 9-10rs are getting deducted from the balance though BOX is not working at all.
Then the technician called me and said that he cannot come because he is afraid of local dealer and if anything happens i have to take the responsibility.
I want full refund of 1500rs(500 of recharge). Please take this SERIOUSLY and make sure your technician will not harm us just bcz i am complaining against him.
