I had placed an order for the product on the flipkart website on 28th October. Amount was deducted from my card and order confirmation was received. Today, 2nd November, I received an email from flipkart stating that my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated as the seller has cancelled the order. It also stated that seller had incorrectly listed the products availability. It has caused me great inconvenience as I had paid complete Rs. 40,000 for the product in advance and received order confirmation for the same. If product was not available the seller should not have confirmed the order upon receipt of payment. Now my 40,000 Rs are blocked as refund will be processed in 7 days and also havent received the product.
