I played a contest in Dream 11 on 05-12-2022 with my friend and i have won the contest and price money was Rs.10348/- I had received a message stating the transaction is processed and it did not got successful and when i raised request today they say that due to some rule of their company they have suspended my Dream11 Account and will not refund my money even though they had verified my Bank account , PAN Card and Mobile number
Its a straight forward fraud done with me , please help
