I placed an order for a product that was advertised with four wheels, armrests, and a handle, and it was listed as COD 1499. However, upon opening the packaging, I discovered that it only had two wheels and a damaged bar. The item I received was completely different from what was depicted in the advertisement. Furthermore, it was initially delivered to someone else before reaching me.
