Dear All Parents,
I am a parent of two children. I have recently been cheated and misguided by Planet Spark and Bajaj Finance regarding the monthly payments of an educational loan.
There are already 225 complaints registered on consumer complaint platforms. Many parents are frustrated, helpless due to lack of time, and angry because of the fraud committed by Planet Spark.
I believe that someone has to take a stand, and I have decided to do just that. We should not remain silent. Otherwise it will be continued process and others will be in trap. Our frustration and anger should not be limited to complaints online posting only.
Let us come together and file a fraud case against them. (we all are more than 200 parents).
I have created separate email and contact number to be in one group.
Below is my mobile number and email so that i will get yours details and concern. I created another email and contact number below for this purpose only. We should get together on zoom one time to discuss how to proceed.
I have discussed this issue with higher authority and he advised me first to file a complaint online to (immediate action required from all parents)
o The RBI Governor
o The Bank Ombudsman
o The Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief Portal (PM India Portal)
o Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of Education
(AGAIN I REQUEST, WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER, MAKE A COMMON SUBJECT AND POST COMPLAINTS AT ONE TIME FROM MORE THAN 200 PARENTS TO ABOVE LIST).
2nd step-Weneed to file a police complaint in your local police area. After that, all these police complaints will be collected and file a court case.

Dear Abhay, Anishek(Counsellors), Ajay Verma (Refund department),
w.r.t above, we have paid rupee 13000/- as down payment on dated 8-april-2025 for enrolment of both. Due to some reasons, we raised the request to cancel for Himanish enrolment. We tried to raise the ticket as per instruction of Mr Anishek but there was a problem in the app where the button (submit) was not working. So we officially raised the cancellation request on dated 19th April thru email and WhatsApp. We were continuously following with Anishek, Abhay and Ajay Verma to confirm the cancellation and refund back. The phone discussion was going on both sides but they were not confirming the cancellation. We told them clearly that we will not join the classes for Nishita until they confirm the cancellation of Himanish Gupta. Time was going on but no result. We have notified Mr Anishek to stop and inform Bajaj Finance about the EMI.Mr Anishek has confirmed on the phone that he will inform them and it will be stopped. From 19th April to 1st May, we were continually following but no final result. In these 15 days, we have told Anishek that your response is not satisfactory so we may cancel Nishita enrolment also. Even we told them to adjust/transfer Himanish enrollment fees to Nishita fees and we will join Nishita. We were waiting 3 days but no reply. On 1st may, we finally told Abhay that please cancel for both enrolments.
The main point is that we have paid and we have not started even a single class. However, on 1st may, they told us in the evening that we will not cancel for both and they told us on the phone that you have to join the classes and you have to pay the EMI for both. We got this telephonic conversation from customer care number +91-8046808182. After this discussion, we decided to come out of this trap because
1- How is it possible that Planet spark institute can force us to join and pay EMI’s even if we are not interested and have not started any class?
Our Concerns: –
1- We are officially informing Planet Spark to cancel the enrollment for both children.TILL NOW, NO REGULAR CLASSES HAVE JOINED.
2- We are officially informing Planet Spark to inform Bajaj Finance and stop the EMI’s which have not started till 1-may-2025.
3- We request to kindly refund back the payment as per Planet Spark interests.
4- Planet Spark said that Bajaj finance will deduct the money from Bank account as EMI. But the Bajaj finance receipt shows that we have taken Primary Loan which they did not tell us. WE DID NOT APPROVE any payment FOR Loan. They took PAN card, photo, cancelled cheque, AAdhaar Card digitally. They got details from us but they did not tell us about LOAN. So we felt that it may be a trap. How an EMI could be LOAN where we have not taken any Loan.
Finally we request Planet spark to solve and clear all the issues rather than bothering each other.
