We paid INR 56,140 to Planetspark for the course enrollment for my son. We were disappointed with the first 2 classes conducted by Planetspark and requested for refund within the prescribed time. Ever since, their team is not responding to our calls/messages. We requested for refund over emails, whatsapp messages and calls multiple times. But no one from Planetspark is responding. We request for a strict action to be taken against Planetspark for their fraudulent activities and also help us in getting the refund from them.
