Dear All Parents,
I am a parent of two children. I have recently been cheated and misguided by Planet Spark and Bajaj Finance regarding the monthly payments of an educational loan.
I am planning to file a case against them. There are already 225 complaints registered on consumer complaint platforms. Many parents are frustrated, helpless due to lack of time, and angry because of the fraud committed by Planet Spark.(THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT ONE OF THE PARENT HAS CONTACTED ME AND READY TO JOIN TO FIGHT AGAINST FRAUD.I NEED ALL 225 PARENTS SUPPORT ONLY AS PROOF IN COURT)
I believe that someone has to take a stand, and I have decided to do just that. We should not remain silent. Otherwise it will be continued process and others will be in trap. Our frustration and anger should not be limited to complaints online posting only.
Let us come together and file a fraud case against them. (we all are more than 200 parents).
I have created separate email and contact number to be in one group.
Below is my mobile number and email so that i will get yours details and concern. I created another email and contact number below for this purpose only.
I have discussed this issue with higher authority and he advised me first to file a police complaint in your local police area. After that, all these police complaints will be collected and file a court case.
To All Parents- we need to send complaints online to (immediate action required from all parents)
o The RBI Governor
o The Bank Ombudsman (crpc@rbi.org.in) ALL PARENTS NEED TO SEND EMAIL AT ONE TIME WITH SAME TITLE.
o The Prime Minister’s Citizen Assistance and Relief Portal (PM India Portal)
o Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of Education
(AGAIN I REQUEST, WE SHOULD GET TOGETHER, MAKE A COMMON SUBJECT AND POST COMPLAINTS AT ONE TIME FROM MORE THAN 200 PARENTS TO ABOVE LIST)

Dear All,
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience with Planet Spark.
We paid ₹13,000 as a down payment on 8th April 2025 for the enrolment of both of our children. Due to unforeseen reasons, we requested to cancel the enrolment for Himanish Gupta. As instructed by Mr. Anishek (Mob: +91-8700244787), we attempted to raise the cancellation request through the app, but the submit button was not functioning.
As a result, we officially raised the cancellation request on 19th April 2025 through email and WhatsApp. We continued to follow up with Mr. Anishek, Mr. Abhay, and Mr. Ajay Verma regarding the cancellation and refund. Although phone discussions took place, they never confirmed the cancellation.
We clearly informed them that we would not proceed with Nishita’s enrollment unless Himanish’s cancellation was confirmed. Despite repeated follow-ups from 19th April to 1st May, no resolution was provided. We even suggested transferring Himanish’s enrolment fee to Nishita’s account, but again, there was no response for three days.
On 1st May, we informed Mr. Abhay to cancel both enrolments.
The key point is that we have made payment but have not attended even a single class.
However, on 1st May evening, we received a call from customer care (Mob: +91-8046808182) stating that cancellation would not be processed for either child, and we were told that we must attend classes and continue paying EMIs for both children.
At this point, we felt trapped and decided to take this matter seriously for the following reasons:
Our Key Concerns:
How can Planet Spark force us to pay EMIs and attend classes when we have not started any classes and have officially requested cancellations?
We are officially requesting cancellation of both enrolments. Till now, no regular classes have been attended.
We request Planet Spark to immediately inform Bajaj Finance to stop EMIs, as none have started until 1st May 2025. Bajaj Finance obtained OTP authorization from us only for KYC purposes, not for any loan approval. We were unaware that it was an educational loan until we checked the details on 1st May 2025.
We request a full refund as per Planet Spark’s stated policies.
Planet Spark informed us that Bajaj Finance would deduct money as EMIs, but the Bajaj Finance receipt shows it as a primary loan, which was never disclosed to us. We were never informed or asked to approve a loan. They collected PAN card, photograph, cancelled cheque, and Aadhaar card digitally, but never clarified that this was a loan process. This feels misleading and deceptive.
We strongly request Planet Spark to resolve these issues at the earliest and take appropriate action to cancel the enrolment, stop the EMIs, and process the refund. We want a peaceful resolution rather than an ongoing struggle.
Thank you for your understanding.
Sincerely,
Pankaj Gupta

Subject: Complaint regarding fraudulent practices and request for refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Planet Spark. My daughter took admission on 20th March 2025, and I paid Rs. 59,000/- (Rs. 50,000/- through Bajaj Finance EMI and Rs. 9,000/- online payment). However, the classes are not being conducted properly. We are only getting one class per week, and the teachers are often absent.
Despite paying the full amount, Planet Spark has failed to deliver the promised services. It appears that Planet Spark has engaged in fraudulent practices, collecting payments without providing adequate services. I request you to refund the entire payment of Rs. 59,000/- immediately.
I also request you to instruct Bajaj Finance to stop the EMI payments, as I do not wish to continue with the services. If I do not receive the refund, I will be forced to take legal action.
Please find the details below:
– Admission Date: 20th March 2025
– Payment Amount: Rs. 59,000/-
– Bajaj Finance EMI: Rs. 50,000/-
– Online Payment: Rs. 9,000/-
I expect a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,
Indrajeet pandey
