I booked a ticket via Varafi.com from Bhubaneswar to Trivandrum on January 6, 2023. The ticket was aborted and I was told that the amount of Rs. 12099 will be refunded within 7 business days. I came to know that it is a fraudulent company and has many such complaints against it.
