Text of Complaint by Vikas Bijarniya:

  1. When I port my number to Airtel I was told By customer Care executive that in 749 plan of postpaid 2 numbers are free in that family plan. But in my only one number is free. I am being charged for my 2nd secondary number. I have number of that executive But she ain’t responding to my calls  and there customer care numbers are also not connecting. When I tried to change to my secondary to numbers to prepaid again as I am being charged extra then I was being informed they are not giving me that option also. When I can change my number from prepaid to postpaid  without visiting the store why I can’t change my numbers form postpaid to prepaid without visit when all of this is your executives faults why the customer is being forced to go to your store in this COVID 19 pandemic. It’s really pathetic customer service.
