I have two different airtel numbers and both were on same plan till september. Both were upgraded to a new plan which has 100 free sms and 20 GB free data but this fraud company airtel is charging 299 on one number and 199 on the other. I asked them several times about discrepancy and to correct it but they say they donot have 199 plan. They think customers are fool. If 199 plan is not there then how come my another number was upgraded on that. And why should i pay more for the same plan ?? I have lost trust in this company and they are not changing my plan irrespective of their mistake.
Previously also since 3 years they always chaged excess amount on my bill for a fake sms and i always used to complain about it. This is how fraud this company is.
But now what they have done is totally unacceptable, as its clear that they are charging me more for the same plan.
i donot wish to pay more for a plan which is worth 199 and i wish that they change my plan. i have attached photos of the fraud that they have done. They are giving free 100 sms and free 20 GB data for different amount. Please help
