I wrote below mentioned email to Airtel on 121@in.airtel.com but no solid response came from airtel side.
“I, Gaurav Pawar, using airtel mobile no. 9911364365, My Plan was changed in September without any prior confirmation or intimation to me. I contacted call centre and according to them they had talked to my Mom (Padma), but she has not consented for any plan change that u can check also in your records.
Pls look in to the matter and reverse the amount as applicable.”
