They notified me about a new plan offer where we get 12 GB data at Rs. 98 for with 28 days validity from my airtel app. I quickly recharged it. Now just 10 days has passed and I haven’t even used half of the data i recharged, they removed the plan offer, along with it all my remaining data pack that i payed for and didn’t get to use got removed from my number. This type of scam never occured in other network services… Shame on airtel. I am complaining this so that i does not happen to others as well. At least let me use the remaining data i paid for airtel.
