Hello sir
I Jio customer to recharge the amount from my account for two times on dated 6/3/2022 and 7/3/2022 by net banking for the amount of Rs. 181. But i wrongly select the plan i.e., work from home instead of 149-20D-1GB/D, the amount is debited from my account, After that i recharge 149-20D-1GB/D on 7/3/2022 now the plan is activating till now.
I need to refund the amount what i wrongly recharge from my account.
