I had recharged my phone no. 7000765903 with Rs.251.00 for 2GB data plan / day.on 22.03.2020.
However, I am getting messages that you have used 50% of your data of 1GB available.
I ,aa a customer ,am feeling cheated.
Either the plan details you are providing are misleading or we the customers are being fooled and lured to buy these plans.
Please resolve the issue else I shall be forced to initiate legal action
