I had 4 postpaid connection with 8697717076 as the primary number. Around 2 months back I got a call from a representative of Vodafone that I can add one more postpaid number to my list and that will be at the charges of Rs 999 plus GST for all the 5 numbers. The representative was sent to my address and he took all the necessary documents to add one more number. I was said that the plan will automatically be activated and the bill will be 999+GST apart from the extra usage if any. I received my bill last month and it was something around 1400. I thought that it was the first one and there might be some reason and so the bill is high. But to my utter surprise the bill that I received this month had the charges of Rs 1410/-
I gave a call and I got to know that the plan has been activated but the charges hasn’t been reduced yet. This fault is totally from the end of the representative who called me up. The person who said that the pan hasnt been reduced to lower bill rental asked me for the name of the person who called me up for the offer but I was not having the name and so she said that she can’t help me and from immediate effect she can change the plan from her end. I said her to do the same and she gave me a complain mail I’d to complain on Vodafone Idea. I have paid 600+GST extra for the fault of the representative from Vodafone and want a refund of the same rather want that to be adjusted with my bill. Kindly help. Why should I pay when I am not at fault. It is clearly the fault of the person who came up to me with the offer.
