Text of Complaint by Sathvik:

I’ve recharged for the 698 unlimited pack on 30th Sept 2020, as my previous plan was getting expired on 3rd Oct 2020. Even after recharging in advance and even the money got deducted from my account and still the plan is not activated. And I’m in follow up with customer care since 4th Oct 2020 and it’s been 3 days since the issue. The customer care executives keep on telling that the issue will be resolved within 24 hrs or 48 hrs. And they are also not passing the call to their superior to discuss in the issue. Since I’m using only one sim. I’m facing issues for data usage and outing call. The worst customer care network.
