Hi Team,

This is in reference to the issue that I have been facing, despite my multiple attempts to connect with airtel no one is responding to my query.

Here is my issue : I have been harassed by airtel badly as I have connection with airtel wherein I have opted family plan with my another number, I visited the store and they explained the plan for me that for rs799+GST my two numbers will work however I received two separate bill despite being told that my both numbers will be charged under the same plan. Now I have been harassed as my number has been blocked, I visited artel store and there was no response. I have tried contacted airtel as well and there was a person named DEV called me back from airtel social media team and he stated that he will look into it accepting its airtel fault.

Would request you to please look into this and have this being resolved. Looking forward to hear from you.
