With reference to above complaint title. ( I had recharged for 598 Rs place on 6th June which showed failed then I recharged for 599 Rs plan on 7th June after this recharge 598 Rs plan was also Activated then I had called to customer care and one plan was cancelled and refunded then problem raised ). And then I given the complaint on 12th of June and it was not resolved so I recharged for again with new 48rs plan for 28 day. After that again I am facing same problem so again gave complaint on 12 July and they said it will be resolved by 17th July but still it’s not resolved. Whenever I call they’re asking for 48 hrs and taking 4 day’s and still it’s not solved. Still now I have spoken with 4 supervisor if airtel customer care. Problem not solve. And without solving there are closing the complaint as it’s resolved it’s very bad for their part. Please take a ever serious action against them.
