Text of Complaint by Kiran Thummeda:

  1. Dear Team I am your existing customer of Airtel previously I am using Tata docomo network post paid plan of Rs 99 after changing to airtel without my intimation plan has changed to 249 monthly by this knowing I had stopped paying the amount .now it become 1500 so I need clarification and waiver on this payment to continue the network.kindly do the needful asap.
