- Until last month my plan was on a 299 plan, somehow plan got changed to 900 plan and billed me in the current bill for 1293 Rs.
- I usually get a bill of approx 500 every month.
- When I checked with customer care, they are saying I have changed the plan on the app. Which I am not aware off, I didn’t even get a message for plan change, where for every change on my account I would get a message.
- One of the supervisor called me who was no help and told me that he cannot revert back to old 299 plan which is not available currently and activate me on 499 plan which I did not agree too. He will not help me getting the waiver on my bill too, he is ok if I plan to change my carrier too.
