I had raised request and had called multiple times requesting for a plan upgrade from 200 mbps to 300 mbps . After multiple calls and emails as well they didnt even care addressing the problem. The problem is still in open status. After writing few escalation emails , they would just mention that someone from our team will reach out in 48 hrs but that also has never happened. Such poor and pathetic service is really intolerable .
