Dear sir/ Madam,
On 07/03/2019 i have received call from Airtel Network by referring your Airtel executive contact through mobile Ms.Rajee & Mr.Arif (9894981998) in Madurai,TamilNadu Location. They said that Airtel has offering that Rs.199/- plan(Unlimited calls & 20GB + 5GB Data) for me and add- on Number to my spouse for Rs.99/- Plan( Unlimited calls & 10GB+5GB data ) and also they said that Rs.200/- for each sim for conformation for network change and Mr.Arif give me a 2 sim and got Rs.400/-(Rs.200 each), so that i have changed my network from Vodafone to Airtel from 15/03/2019. Now my plan is activate as Rs.399/- plan for both numbers and the Amount of Rs.400/- also not detected. They said that the plan will changed with in 48 Hrs on 06/04/2019. Still now the plan has not changed. Now they not attend my phone calls also. The customer care executives has not responding properly. Now I want to change the plan that they said in above offer and also the amount of Rs.400/- also to be refund or kindly detect in First bill. Kindly take this matter as seriously to solve the problem as soon as possible.
